Schedule Your Live Session for the Pilot

Thank you for taking part in the pilot. This form is so you can schedule your live instruction in the pilot. The live instruction is 15-minutes long and is in Spanish and English. It can be done from any device that has an internet connection, such as a phone or computer. Before selecting the time below, please note that the session will take place each week at the same time and date for the next four weeks. If you are unable to make any of the days/ times listed for that slot, please select another slot.

Gracias por tomar parte en el piloto. Esta forma es para que agendes tu instrucción en vivo en el piloto. La instrucción en vivo dura 15 minutos y es en Español e Inglés. Esto puede ser hecho desde cualquier dispositivo que tenga conexión a internet, tal como un celular o computador. Antes de seleccionar la hora abajo, por favor nota que la sesión tomará lugar cada semana a la misma hora y fecha por las próximas cuatro semanas.
